At the moment guests can play arcade, when game finished [Submit Score] allows guest to add a new comment to a high score. But this never saves. This could be a security risk??

I can't seem to enable shouting for my guests. I went into my main (and only) instance and checked off the can view shoutbox and can shout permissions, repaired the cache, and flushed my xcache. However, unregistered users only SEE the shout box. There is no area for them to shout. Any ideas?
