When I put the info in the htaccess file I get this error if clicking on any forum section
I can send any admin my htaccess if needed
Ok..I have my CMS running at www.mysite.com and my forum is www.mysite.com/forum so how do i set the customs urls to work..the rewrite for the forum and blog work fine cause they are all located in the /forums directory but when you click on a article link on the cms i get a 404 error page..

Not sure where to start,
It seems like every time I enable dbseo from cp my site crashes, pages cant be found- pretty much just falls apart
Most recently I have disabled all of my plugins
uninstalled and reinstalled DBseo
Edited and reedited .htaccess file

You fixed this problem (see prior posts on this), now after upgrading to 1.0.3 it is back again... (see attached image from our discussion forums)..
When we cut and paste a link in the forums, we get these same problem (see attached).

Was running vbseo and vb3.8 previously and recently upgraded to vb4.2.2 and DBseo.
I installed a cert and urls should be https.... performed the vBseo import and disabled the plug in.

We used the Beta 7 version up until yesterday when we upgraded to the latest version.
The upgrade seems to mess the forum up, as characters such as £ signs seem to be displayed as question mark inside a box.

However, the forum URL is re-written to:

How do I fix / adjust settings so that the url is corrected to:
