I'm about 99% confident that a customer of mine used my affiliate links and they made sure my s/n was used when purchasing two mods. I'm not seeing any activity on the affiliate page though.

There is a bug when you have password expirations enabled. When the user clicks to change their password the page simply reloads and doesn't allow the user to reset their password. I disabled two-factor authentication and the password change link then worked. Can you post a fix for this?
