How do I change the Shoutbox background, I changed the input area but I cannot figure out how to change the main area and active users.

I was wondering if there was a way to disable the sound coming from the shoutbox. I have it installed for VB5. Help? Thanks.

Hi I love the PM feature of this shoutbox, but my only gripe is it is a little clunky to have to type in the name of the person you want to send a message to. Is there any way to populate with a list of names, say for instance the current active users? Thanks

My members seem to post more on the shoutbox than the forum. I want to encourage them to use the forum more. I would like to see a option were to post on the shoutbox you need x amount of posts per day or within a 24 period.
