Choosing 'Above Footer' in 3.8.x Doesn't Display ShoutBox
On 4.x I was able to select 'Above Footer' and all was well. In 3.8.x, it is not the case. For me, anyway. What is the variable that we can use? The settings page states to check 'Admin Help', but I can't find where that is, either. Thanks- Developer Barn

would like to change where the shoutbox is located.
ok i have two of your fantastic mods on my site the info panels and now the vbshout. my only concern is that the info panels are coded to be place above the vbshout, while id rather have the vbshout ABOVE the info panels. anyways to do this? maybe via template edits or something? also, it seems... -

Shoutbox says loading...
The shoutbox was working great until I noticed that the report button was not working, so then you fixed that and told me to import the xml and since doing that my shoutbox now says loading... always and I also now don't see the notifications and system message tabs.- hornstar
