THIS HERE is what I am using now. And without a new vb4.0 Dice Roller I cannot upgrade my forums, cause my dorky nerd members actually use it on a regular basis! ;___; I desperately need a new dice roller that'll let me import the data from that old mod. And that dude has been MIA since 2008, so it ain't getting a port anytime soon.

If one of you fine upstanding gentleman will make a port, or a new dice roller that can import that old one's data, I would be delighted to give a donation reward! :D Then I can finally upgrade and get my hands on vbactivity too. >>

Help me, Dragonbyte Tech! You're my only hope! ;__;

It doesn't really look like a complicated mod. I don't understand what you mean by importing data though. Does it actually keep all the old data? Setting up an import would probably complicate it. Although, if the mod creates a table that keeps track of all data, you could always copy those tables to the vB4 db after you install the new mod. Personally, I have no use for a mod like this myself, but it looks interesting. Good luck finding someone to create one.

I take it your site involves a sort of dungeons and dragons type Role p[lay system to do with dice rolling, a small question on why you'd need a port for old data, if i remember rightly the dice hack was a pretty simple mod that just did a random calculation depending on the number of sides you wanted and displayed the result in the post right? so if that is true if DBtech make an updated version it would mean that any dice rolls before the newer version would still show up (i'd assume).

It saves everything in a "dice" table, so if it were just an update of the old script, then yeah it would show up just fine. I just say I might need an import script just in case random rules won't allow you guys to make an update of that other guys mod since he's not around and I dunno if you need permission to do that sort of thing or not. Rules are always tricky!

And... Yes, yes indeedly my forum is full of roleplaying dorks. XD

I hate to double post, but a couple of my members suggested that something like DnDOnlineGames dice roller would be better than the one I have currently, but obviously it's not a freebie mod anywhere, I dun think. Their test thread looks interesting though.

WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT, IF I PAY ONE OF YOU GUYS WILL THAT HELP? >:D
