Question Active Users Not Showing Up

How do I show as an active user? When I make a shout, it still shows "There are currently no users chatting" Yet the online indication turned green.

The only way I can get it to work is to click the indicator to make it turn yellow for invisible and click it again to show off line then make a shout. It will turn greed and I show in the active list.

Hi, before I setup an extra test acct, I did some more testing. Here is what I found.

Using IE 11 - The shout box doesn't work...stuck on 'Loading...'
Using an Admin acct in FF and Chrome, is resulting in the problem I stated in post #1 .
Using a regular acct in FF and Chrome, the active users box IS WORKING.

Can you try and replicate this on your end first using an Admin acct?

I am entirely unable to replicate any issues with IE11 or with an admin account in either of those browsers.

I'm running Windows 8.1 , could that be a cause? I am going to test it on a Win 7 machine right now.

I also run Windows 8.1, so I doubt that.

It's not happening on my test admin acct. Only my admin acct. I can say that the activity triggers don't work on any type of acct. Only when you shout it triggers. If you get an idle prompt and click 'here' to get unflagged, you're still not active. Weird!

Switching tabs does't show the user active. (i do not have it disabled in the options either)

The shout box is working in IE 11 for me now. But it seem only my admin account is having the issue I posted initially.

No matter what I do to try to become active, the only thing that works is to click the indicator to make it turn yellow for invisible and click it again to show off line then make a shout. It will turn greed and I show in the active list. As soon I I go idle, i have to do it again to show active again.

Giving you a test admin acct isn't going to help as it works when making a shout.

BUT none of the Activity Triggers are working other than making a shout. Nothing is check in settings under (Pro) Disabled Activity Triggers.

As I've said, I'm unable to replicate any of these issues. I will need FTP access and access to an account that experiences all the issues if you wish me to investigate further on your site.
