Bug After upgrade to seo 2 gold some links revert back to /showthread.php?

Good day Fillip H. , i send you the relevant login info for both admincp and ftp login info.

Please note that in the image provided all new post links are redirected to /showthread.php?. This started happening after the upgrade to 2. Gold.
Please help me on this last thing.


Please please also note that their is a bug in the webmaster tools.

Someone had added

	RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -s [OR]
	RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -l [OR]
	RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d

	RewriteRule ^.*$ - [NC,L]

to the .htaccess file. Commenting out these entries resolved both issues.
