Legacy another@ in replace of semicoloon

i requist
1.to use another @ which replace semicolon
in arabic keyboard it is difficult to get semi colon quicly
so if you add option to use anther character than semicolon like:
@
#
at the end of user name for people want use it plz

with ability to hide @ the begining and also @ the ending

2.i like to see tag words which is default feature of vbulletin to be added in hash tags features by adding subscription to it also with ability to make any word that has been added as hash will be added automaticly in thread tags and this will prevent double used feaures for words tagged so user can not be confused
