Bug Birthday Credits Seem Glitchy

I've had many reports over a long period of time that the birthday credits don't always come through. People finally bugged me enough about it that I figured I should post here. Any ideas?

If you enable the vBCredits scheduled task for processing transactions and run it, do you receive any output? It could just be the transactions haven't been processed yet.

I enabled "vBCredits II Deluxe - Transaction Processor" and then clicked Run Now. The user who last notified me had a birthday on June 8th. Credits weren't added after I ran it. Although maybe it was too late for those because that was 3 days ago?

Can you try creating 2 test users and set their birthday to the current day; with one user, don't log in. With the other user, log in in another browser and do a few page refreshes.

Do both/neither/one user receive the credits?
