Can i get a Refund for my latest Order please, Nothing was downloaded and i was not allowed to download after paying. I need a refund. Thanks.

I’ve confirmed nothing has been downloaded so I have gone ahead and processed the refund. It may take some time to show up in your bank account.

I have the same problem.
I don't have a XenForo license and no idea how to get one I have a number of downloads for vBulletin 4.2+ and have never been asked for a XenForo license for previous downloads. Is my API key the same thing if not how do I get XenForo license so I can download my latest purchase made today.

You do not need a XenForo license to download vBulletin products.

Thanks for the response Fillip.
Can you please tell me where to find a download tab for the or info on how to download it. After I paid there was no download and a notice saying XenForo license was needed. There was also no download link in the email confirmation or with the receipt and I can't find it anywhere on here. Possible that I've missed something, I'm old and at a loss after searching everywhere.

OK. My apologies... I finally found the download tab and have now downloaded it.
