Bug DBSEO Rewrite Posts URLs Not Working Property

Hello Again!

Sorry to be such a pain on the bug reports.

We just noticed that no matter how we configure the individual posts URLS in DBSEO, for example:

Thread Go To Post URL
This setting lets you control the rewrite rule for the Thread Go To Post URLs.

The URL rewrite forum of the post is always:

[post-id]-post[post-number].html

For example

302861647-post10.html

Regardless of how we try to configure the URLs for the posts, we always get the same format as above.

Are you sure you're looking at the right URL when determining whether it works? IIRC, that setting controls the URL that's seen when you click the #1 next to your posts.

Oh, sorry, there's a difference between the vB3 and vB4 version in this regard. The vB3 version uses the Show Post URL format for that particular link, as opposed to vB4.

Meaning we vB3 users cannot customize the Show Posts URLs with DBSEO?

You can, you just have to customise the Show Post URL format instead of the Thread Go To Post URL format
