It would be great if the results of the created Lotteries would either be displayed or a thread automatically created for it along with the winning numbers, payouts etc.

We'll improve upon lotteries for vBShop 2.x and this will be taken into consideration for the improvements

Just a little note that it's possible the updated lottery won't make it into 2.0 (it's very time consuming to re-do, but is a relatively small part of the mod) but we do have plans to make it a lot more robust and friendly.
