Question Does vBArcade still work in 2025?

I am setting up a new vBulletin 4.2.5 message board, and looking at my old licances, and one of them is vBArcade. I think I know the answer to this, but with modern web browsers, and flash effectily being an EOL product, I dont think this software will work anymore? Am I correct in that thought? is there anyway I can get this to work on a modern browser/OS?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions/feedback/support on this.
