In the Top of the shoutbox there is always an Error...

my board user are really pissed of cause of that error!!!


my Settings:

Shoutbox Optimisation = ON
Minimum Time Between Shouts = 3
Shoutbox Refresh Speed = 5

I've heard scattered reports of this but have never been able to find a cause. Could you PM me with FTP info to your site and the URL to your forum, and then I'll look over it

its same problem on a FRESH installation of vbulletin and the shoutbox
and its the same problem here in the shoutbox on dragonbyte-tech

for me its on alot shoutbox installations

this is very problematic on slower internet connections!!!

its only on slow connections

Hello

This problem is because your hosting is restricting you, you have many ajax active and your CPU use, and MySql consult is very hight
I had the same problem, but, when i change mi forum to dedicated server, the problem has gone, and now works perfectly
The problem here is, when you use a shared hosting, the company restrict your account to use a minimum of cpu 5%, and memory, and mysql consults, when you exceed this limit, your company hosting restrict your account.
If you have a big forum you need to change to VPS or dedicated server with more ram
