Yes exactly same.... No change.
I did change two PHP Max Post Size and PHP Maximum Upload Size to 128M in my php.ini but of no use.

I have reset them back to 8 and 2 now tho.

The part where it hangs is not related to Forumon itself, as it's vBulletin default code that runs past that point. The issue is a symptom of something else wrong with your server, but I can't figure it out.

Oh ok....
Well it ok i can live without Forumon .....
I am glad that due to this thread i got Activity and Infopanel running. Just uninstalled Experience.
Now Planing to install Shop and vBArcade I hope they ll not act like Forumon.

I am waiting for Lite versions for vBForms and vB Forum Tabs

And one more thing, (talking to DB-Tech Owner) Can't i pay through my credit card of moneybookers for pro versions?(I can't use PayPal)
