I would like to create "hall of fame" or "best of" hashtags (i.e., #HOF or #BestOf ) for certain posts/threads. This would provide an easy way for people to find the most relevant information on my forum. Or, I could even do a "stickie" hashtag (i.e., #stickie , #important , #MustRead ) which would allow me to still have a "stickie" thread, without it taking up room at the top of the page.
BUT, if I do those things, it's possible that other members could also steal those hashtags and use them in their posts for the sake of getting people to view their threads.
What I'm requesting is the ability to exclude certain usergroups from using certain hashtags. Or, to put it another way, I would like to input certain hashtags via AdminCP that only certain usergoups (Admin, Super Moderators. etc.) can use. If someone else tries to use it, then they don't get parsed as a hashtag.
