Bug Fatal error: Class 'VBMAIL' not found

When I access DBTech - vBMail from AdminCP -> Manage Mailing LIsts, Manage Keywords, Repair Cache, I get these messages:

Fatal error: Class 'VBMAIL' not found in /home/<site>/public_html/forum/dbtech/vbmail/actions/admin/mailinglist.php on line 19

Fatal error: Class 'VBMAIL' not found in /home/<site>/public_html/forum/dbtech/vbmail/actions/admin/keyword.php on line 31

Fatal error: Class 'VBMAIL_CACHE' not found in /home/<site>/public_html/forum/dbtech/vbmail/actions/admin/repaircache.php on line 22

This is most commonly associated with a bug in a product that runs on admin_global. A known offender is the i.s.s.w. "security" mod.

If you're running that mod, please disable it.

If not, please try disabling all non-DBTech plugins running on admin_global and re-enable them one-by-one.

Actually I think this might be happened since I turned on "Use Mailqueue System"

Is there a fix as a result?

This was caused by an ancient version of vB Optimise somehow erasing the required plugins from the list of plugin code to be executed.

I have upgraded your version of vB Optimise to v2.5.3 and verified via the System Test that it's working fine, and it is no longer causing this issue

Thank you. However, now there are two lines at the bottom of every page of my forum linking to your software and homepage. How do we get rid of this? Thanks.
