Hi Fillip H., I'd like to request a feature when tagging whole usergroups instead of showing every single users can it just show @The 47 Ronin...

This way the threads won't look too busy.

Right now the system does the following: @The 47 Ronin
username1 username2,ect...

I want the option to show @The 47 Ronin usergroup only and not showing username1, username2...ect..

Would this be possible?

It'd make it difficult to maintain compatibility with existing code during edits (which assumes any special @ mentions are replaced by their username equivalent), and also negatively impact performance of mentions when editing posts.

I'll put it as under consideration regardless
