Question File thumbnails not working after upgrade

upgraded from 2.2.0pl2 to 2.4.0

The thumbnails for Categories and sub-categories are working fine, but not for the files.

The "no image" thumbnails are being created in picturestorage folder, but in the web browser the image is not loading.

Running vbulletin on Windows Server 2008 R2


How do I fix this?

Make sure you have reverted any customisations for all templates for the Downloads mod

Please excuse my ignorance, but how do I do this?

I can't see any notifications regarding the templates.

Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> << >> next to your skin -> Expand the "DragonByte Tech: vBDownloads Templates" header -> Click any templates in red -> Revert
