Question HIDE. How it works?

I have already implemented the HIDE button:

but after set a HIDE text, I´m not able to see the hidden text (but why? I have created the thread!)

if I see the thread with other user, I can´t see the hidden text, but also I can´t see it giving thanks!

what am I doing wrong?

I just want to:

1. HIDE A PART OF A THREAD
2. PRESS THANKS TO SEE THE HIDDEN PART

If you use the HIDE BBCode, you will be able to see the contents you have hidden if you are the poster.

If they have ticked the "Require Thanks to see content" then you can click thanks to see the text

and how can I do to allow the HIDE in all the actual and future posts? I want to be to use the HIDE globally in my forum without the need to click on "Require Thanks to see content"

There's currently no option to do that, sorry
