Hoover not working

I run a custom skin on my site and this is not working, whether in the shout or reading posts/threads. In shout if i hoover a username, i can see a http://javascript link in the toolbar,

Does your style have the template hook headinclude_javascript in it? I see the javascript call on the username, but I don't see the js script in the header.

I have no idea since it was a custom made skin by miner Dylan.

If you go into ACP
ACP->Styles & Templates->Search in Templates

In the Search for Text box put headinclude_javascript and click Find

If it doesn't find it in the template then we'll need to add it since that's a default vB hook and there's no reason to take that one out.

Doh, just scrolled down and realized you are on 3.8.x

Do the same things but search for ad_location[ad_header_end] instead, it should find it in the header template

It returned this in the header temp

$ad_location[ad_header_end]

Could you give me a temporary admin account so I can login and see what's going on? It might be something not set right.

Got same problem on 4.1.1. I also checked the "headinclude_javascript" and is included in headinclude template.

Just purchased Having same issue, custom skin and i also have headinclude_javascript already there.
