How can I make users convert credits into coupons or money automatically?

I don’t know what you mean by that, sorry. There is no functionality for “cashing out” to real money, you will need to handle that manually.

When I bought this plugin I did it because (I don't remember on which site) I saw that by combining it with another plugin you could convert the points...

I wouldn’t know what plugin that was, I don’t recall hearing about one.
