Question How to setup lottery notification

1. How i can setup notification about what numbers had win in lottery?
I need notify users who bought lottery tickets.

2. Also i cant find what numbers i chose and equal them with winning number.

3. And of course i need notification about lottery took place.

Winners will receive a PM, no setup is needed.

The lottery history will have the winning numbers.

There is no other notification at this time other than the winner notifications.
