Question Intrusion trigger value inclusive?

Another question: I've configured the watcher AdminCP Access Attempts to trigger after 1 intrusion and to send an e-mail to the web master as well as ban the IP address. Turns out my test user needed two failed logins for this watcher to be triggered. Only after the second failed login I was sent an e-mail... I was under the impression the "intrusions" value is evaluated inclusively? Because otherwise that'd mean that if I'd want to receive an e-mail after 3 failed admin cp logins, I'd need to set the "intrusions" value to 2, wouldn't I?

I am unable to replicate this issue. Given this config:


I received an email during the first failed login attempt.

Can you please show me your config, and also check to make sure the xf_dbtech_security_admin_strike table is clear before you test this again?

The mail (as well as the IP ban) was only applied on the second failed login. Maybe it has something to do with both actions being checked?

No, the number of actions being checked does not impact anything. Please try the steps in my previous post to re-test it. It's possible you already had some failed logins in the system that affected the test.
