Is there a way to tag all users at once? Something like by using @All notification will go to all users.

Also how to use # feature. Say I want to write something on Lady Gaga. If I write #Ladygaga , how will I know what is trending and what is not?

1. There's currently no such feature, sorry.

2. You can use the sidebar widget - go to Forum Blocks Manager in the ACP and add the widget :)

The settings for AUT in vBulletin Options has the settings needed to disable/enable hash tags.

Also, you should check the Forum Manager under DBTech - User Tags admincp menu group to ensure it's enabled in the forums you're trying to use them in.

AUT in Vbulletin option has no setting to enable disable tags.

Also in the Forum Manager Dbtech there is no option for hash tags. Thats why I got confused

Ah, I see, you're running AUT v2.0.5. Unfortunately, that version is no longer supported so I will be unable to assist you with this.

The latest version of AUT is v3.0.5.

I should point out that questions will always be answered regardless of version, but functionality problems can't be addressed.
Additionally, any "does the mod have x" questions will be answered according to the latest version, same with the location of settings etc (as seen in this thread).

Oh this is so sad :(

I just installed the 3.03 one and when I use username nothing comes. Just does not come in post.

Now just to get this addressed I will have to buy 3.05 or upgrade it? Little unfair.

Re-check the Forum Manager you found in screenshot #1 , and also check vBulletin Options for the Globally Disabled Features setting.

Unfortunately we don't have the resources required to maintain problem solving support for all our previous versions - if we were to offer that service, we'd need to charge for support instead of having support remaining free as it is now.

It's a balancing act between either charging more for the products themselves and put a notice that "we will provide support for your installed version for the length of your licence", charging for support or only supporting the latest version when troubleshooting is needed.

Considering the vast majority of our customers don't require support at all, or only have initial set-up questions, we feel it would be unfair to charge people up front for a service they don't need.

Hopefully that explains things a bit better :)

That is fine. I am not here to criticize your policy. Its a business and you have to manage it. But its kind of funny that those with just one version old product are left hanging in the middle. Anyway it was nice having business association with you. I thought the association could last longer but as a customer it is just unacceptable to me.

Thanks again.
