It would be nice if vBN could have some way of displaying a quick list (perhaps something that would expand on hovering over) that would fetch the last 'x' shouts (10 for example) so that users can see when the shoutbox is being used.
Though not necessarily able to respond, having the info that a shout has been posted would let users jump to the Shoutbox pages, etc.
