Legacy show at reduced refresh for certain groups

for most forums I think Shout is disabled for unregistered users simply because of the server stress, but it would be cool if we could get the option to show the shoutbox to these people at a limited refresh, this would show them that for one the shoutbox exists and they are missing out by not being members, if I could have the option I'd probably set the shoutbox refresh to 60 seconds for unregistered users. this would let forums using VBshout to perhaps gain more users through showing off functionality without excessive stress on the server

it would also be another excellent perk for those who buy the pro version

We'll take it into consideration for future versions

As always we can't provide exact ETAs or indeed promise we will implement it in a specific version, but it's in our system and will get looked at for every future release until it's implemented
