Company License transfers now available

Hi all,

It's late, so I'll get right to the point; you can now transfer licenses to another member without my intervention. You can initiate a transfer by going to Your licenses, then clicking the main license title, then clicking the "Transfer" button in the top right corner. If the button is greyed out, your license is ineligible for transfer and you can mouse over the button to get an explanation as to why.

The rules and restrictions are the same as the official XenForo license transfer rules:

• A license cannot be transferred in the first 90 days of purchase
• A license cannot be transferred if it has been less than 90 days since the last transfer
• Expired licenses cannot be transferred until they have been renewed

The Terms of Service have been updated with new language reflecting this policy change. The following two paragraphs have changed:

<p>The Customer may in certain circumstances transfer their license to a third party, more details in the "License Transfers" section.</p>

<h3>Licence Transfers</h3>
<p>The Software may be permanently transferred by The Customer to a third party ("Subsequent Licensee") not before 90 days following purchase or the date the Software was transferred to The Customer (whichever is later), provided that the expiry date of the License falls after the date of the transfer. By transferring the license, The Customer relinquish The Customer's license to retain any copy or installation of the Software. Any such copy or installation of the Software must be irrevocably deleted. The Subsequent Licensee must agree to the terms of the Terms of Service to download the Product.</p>

Please also note that selling your license through this website is not possible. Should you wish to sell any of your licenses, it is entirely your responsibility to arrange for payment and handle any subsequent disputes.
