Although we're very happy with how the new XenForo 2 site looks & feels, we received some feedback from our long-time customers stating it would be nice if you didn't have to fill out all the license information every time when posting a new support ticket, even after selecting a license in the drop-down box.
To address this feedback, we've made two changes:

Because the old "forum version" license field accepted any input, there were some licenses in our system (less than 5%) where we could not determine the forum version based on the input. These license holders will need to set this information again the next time they download their purchased products.

- Forum version in the license information is now a drop-down box, same as when posting a new support ticket
- All extra information required to start a new support ticket is now automatically filled out when selecting a license
