Legacy Link to Mention in Email

Right now...when someone MENTIONS ME...I get an email, and in the email it shows the MENTION...but it does not LINK me to the thread or post where the mention is....I get a link to ALL of the mentions.

I would like the link to take me straight to the tread or better yet the post where I'm mentioned...that way I can focus on it.
