Legacy Lottery purchase limit?

Is it possible to implement a limit option for lottery ticket purchases per draw,
such as 3 per daily, 3 per weekly or something along those lines?

I remember there was something like this in vbplaza to prevent members from buying too many tickets and abusing the lottery system.

That's currently not possible, but we'll look into this for a future version
