Bug Manage Keyword Subscription Error

As a regular user clicking on the Manage keyword subscriptions produces a front end error:

This action could not be completed because you are no longer logged in. Please reload the page.
"

This is what I see in the console:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()

It does WORK with an Admin user, non-admins seem to produce the above error.

I've made a change for this in the next version.
