Is it possible to stop vBArcade from looking at games to import that have titles that have all special characters like this:

True, but If we could filter it out, not block them it would be nice

It is impossible to really filter out - theres a tag for removing games marked as chinese, but i see plenty of chinese games without that tag, and by specifying a tag you wouldnt be able to narrow down with something else.

if you set your browser to use utf-8 text encoding, that junk turns into the proper asian characters so id say thats working as designed.
