Legacy Move Category controls and "Add New Game" to top of page.

This would keep all "functionality" in one place.

There's no need to scroll to the bottom of the page to select what you want to do with the selected items.

Also, same thing, no need to scroll to the bottom of the page to add a new game either.

Suggestion would also be to leave the "update" button at the bottom of the page, but consider adding a duplicate button to the top of the page as well. This would help with you are listing many games at once and might be at the top of page.

I'm pretty sure the vast majority of the time, you wont ever be adding new games manually (and id say never for the non-techie admin), so it doesnt need to shove the important stuff down by being at the top.

also, i like having update at the bottom, as its a subtle way to force someone to review what they are about to do, if they use the checkall at the top, and if they are selecting individually, they already scrolled through the list, and would then have to scroll back UP otherwise.

also, consistency for both with other vb designs.

I agree that it's good to have the "update" button at the bottom, I just think it's good at the top too. Same as page navigation, both top and bottom is usually the best for end users.
