Question Multi Prefix Compatibility

Hello, its me again! I recently got the Multi Prefix plugin which I saw says its compatible with DBshop and for whatever reason the shop is now inaccessible (showing only a white screen). After searching around I couldn't find anything so I am here to ask for help, here is the error log given:

Tagged this as a question as I'm not sure if its a bug or human error (aka me) both the shop and prefix plugin are their latet version updates.

That’s for Xon to solve, though I’m not sure how he’s going to solve it since he maintains 2.2 and 2.3 compatibility.

Yeah I saw it was listed as a compatible option so I was not actually sure what caused this or who to go to first! Thank you though, I'll open a ticket over on his forum in that case
