Question Need to recover moderator account

We've got a moderator that was set up on two factor authentication, had problems with his phone and now is locked out. is there a way I can reset his account to not be set up with two factor? Like can I go into PHPMyadmin and shut it off for him or something? Are there any alternatives for recovering his account? He doesn't seem to have the backup codes.

You can erase the contents of both the dbtech_twofactor_secret and dbtech_twofactor_recovery columns in the user table for his account
