This is a new forum, and as such has less than 10 users so far. We're getting our content and structure set up now for when we start advertising, everything is ready to go.

Now, I'm having an issue where only some people can click the like/thank/dislike buttons. It works fine for most people, but 3 of our users currently get an error when clicking the link:

error.webp

A popup window comes up and says "Object XMLDocument".

If we have only 10 users, and 3 of them cant click these links, what will it look like when we start getting hundreds of new accounts? Oh, and the users all have different permissions. The user who supplied the screenshot is an administrator with full permissions.

Are you sure the Can Click permissions have been set properly for all usergroups?

Positive. The user who gave the screenshot has the PRECISE same usergroup "Administrator" as I do. I can use the buttons, he cannot. He sees them (which, before we had turned on the can click permissions, we could not), but gets an error when clicking.

There may be a PHP error in the script execution. Can you make sure display_errors is turned on and also check your error_log to see if there's any PHP errors?

The guy who was having this took a few days away from the site. When he came back, it didnt happen anymore. Probably cache or something.
