This isn't a support issue but more of a bug report.
In AdminCP, if you click on the Notifications option under the vBShout option box, you get a blank response since the tab is incorrectly linked to admincp/vbshout.php?do=permissions instead of admincp/vbshout.php?do=notifications
The Permissions tab also looks like it's missing. Not a big deal, since you can manually edit the URL to get to the Notifications or Permissions options but you might want to resolve that in the next update.
