Observations:
External Links - Anonymise External URLs: default setting is currently "Yes", probably should be "No" the majority of the people will probably not want anonymized external links.

External Links - There is currently not an "Internal Links" options section. Will this be added? Do we need to currently whitelist the forums domain in the External Links options?

Manage Stopwords - On vbSEO import the default DBSEO "Stopword List" can be overwritten and there currently is not an easy way to get back the full original list. The external link which has a copy of the list - is not easy to copy and leaves blank lines in between words. Would be convenient to be able to click a "Restore Default List" or something similar to get back to the DBSEO provided original list.

What version of vBSEO were you importing from? Can you attach your vBSEO config.xml file here?

External Links - Anonymise External URLs: default setting is currently "Yes", probably should be "No" the majority of the people will probably not want anonymized external links.
I'll make that change for Beta 2 :)

External Links - There is currently not an "Internal Links" options section. Will this be added? Do we need to currently whitelist the forums domain in the External Links options?
Internal links should be working by default, I believe. Is that not the case for you?

Manage Stopwords - On vbSEO import the default DBSEO "Stopword List" can be overwritten and there currently is not an easy way to get back the full original list. The external link which has a copy of the list - is not easy to copy and leaves blank lines in between words. That's a really good point, I'll host a .txt file on DBTech with the default list in a more copy/paste friendly format and link to it in the setting description :)

Thankfully I can recover the list by checking the default value for the vBOption, sadly there's no "revert to default" function built-in to vBOptions :(

This was actually a copy/paste SNAFU when I was copying the setting names over for the importer.

I've hotfixed /dbtech/dbseo/includes/vbseolookup.php - if you run the importer again, it'll add those missing ~100 formats & settings :)

I'm still seeing issues. I'll first state the only file I updated was the vbseolookup.php mentioned above.

Now, all items marked as "Custom" within vbSEO when imported do not have the "Custom" bullet selected, they actually have no bullet selected now. This is happening for all cases where "Custom" is the selected bullet option in vbSEO.

It also appears anytime that a custom text field was filled in by default DBSEO settings that on import a vbSEO custom text will not overwrite it. The default DBSEO custom text remains. (Items 6 & 31 above)

Still showing issues with 1, 6, 18, 22, 26, & 31.

That took care of 99% of it.

Just a couple small things.

From above:
# 1) The import domains needs to be formatted with line breaks on import instead of a direct copy/paste from the .xml with the bar separators.

# 26) Not sure what exactly is going on here. For URL Rewrite Settings - Social Group URLs -- Social Group Picture File URL. This items option setting in vbSEO is selected option "groups/[group_name]/pictures/[picture_id]-[picture_title].[original_ext]" (the 1st option), DBSEO originally had no selected option. On import instead of selecting the first option, it takes the text from the .xml "groups/[group_name]/pictures/[picture_id]-[picture_title].[original_ext]" and inserts into the custom text box and selects the "Custom" bullet option. The end results are the same but there must be a coding issue in there somewhere where it doesn't recognize the text is identical to the first option and instead saves it as "Custom". It is the only place where I have seen this happen. I tried a handful of times changing the originating options and re-importing - results the same every time.

# 1: Sorry, I meant to address this in my OR but when I discovered the first importer issue I accidentally erased that part, thinking it was bundled in with the other 25 issues - the setting text is actually wrong.
I've corrected this for Beta 2. The bar separator is correct, and it also supports a limited regular expression syntax.

# 26: I'll see if I can find something obvious as the cause of that, though I probably won't spend a lot of time on it since it's not exactly a showstopper ;)
If I do find a fix, it'll be in Beta 2 :)

Update: The reason for # 26 was the fact that the value of the setting in question had an extra / attached to it. This will be fixed in Beta 2.
