Legacy Option to show category image in title or description area

I did some modifying of the "dbtech_downloads_home_categories" template to allow for the category image to be placed in the description area.

I think adding an option to display category image in "title" or "description" may also be useful to others in enhancing the look of their pages too.

Would you rather have the option to be able to add an option to each section or just not show the description section if it doesn't have anything and shrink the gap down?

I believe having the option for placement of the image in title or description area would be best. This way with users with just a few categories on the page would still have some visual appeal.

I think eliminating the description area completely from pages with no descriptions would leave a lot of blank space on the page for most users. It may be viable for someone with a ton of categories where space is a concern, but I think the percentage of users you find with this problem would be pretty small in comparison to those trying to make a visually appealing page with just a few categories.
