Paid but can NOT download product

We purchased a perpetual license for the Advanced User Tagging product and I can see a message that says:

Your product Advanced User Tagging (Licence Key: [omitted]) requires email validation.
Please check the email address you use to login to PayPal with for an authorisation link.
If you do not see the authorisation link, send an email to confirmation@dragonbyte-tech.com from the email address you use to login to PayPal with (subject & body does not matter), and we will unlock your purchase.

Here's the situation:
a) I didnt receive the email with the authorization link.
b) I cannot email from the email address associated with our paypal account as that email address only receives emails and forwards it to a distribution list.

How do we go about unlocking our purchase given the above? I sent a message via the contact us form yesterday with details including the license key (which i omitted above for obvious reasons) and a copy of the email I got from PayPal confirming payment. I've gotten no response! :(

Can someone help???

I've unlocked your purchase, and removed the need for authorisation on future purchases :)

For the future, I would recommend changing your PayPal email address to one that you are able to access for sending email as well - email forwarders aren't mutually exclusive with the ability to also send email.
