Legacy Paying each time they change avatar/sig

I posted this as a how to before but I can see it doesn't work. After the member purchased the avatar and the time runs out it deletes the avatar. I would like the member to have to pay each time they would like to change their avatar(animated or still) or their sig..Not just for the permission to use it.

These are features in both vbplaza and point market. Also I seen it requested sometime ago were the sounds in the profile. My members loved this feature in plaza.

Update: While attempting to implement this feature in vBShop v3.0.0 Beta 2 I could not get Points Market System to allow you to purchase an avatar if you don't have permission to configure a custom avatar.

If a member does not have permission to upload a custom avatar, and you purchase an avatar in Points Market System, it will not display the avatar in the postbit.

I will attempt to work around this issue, but I just wanted to point out that unless I'm misunderstanding the configuration setup used to disallow people to use custom avatars, yet allow PMS avatars to show up, this is not a feature in PMS.

Update 2: I have successfully implemented this feature into Beta 2

Unlike the PMS feature, it won't duplicate the existing avatar upload schema. Instead, it requires you to allow usergroups to upload custom Avatars and also requires you to turn on an "override" switch which will remove the upload form from the UserCP page.

Also included is a usergroup selector that will allow certain usergroups of your choosing to be exempt from requiring to own an item in order to change avatars.

If the user has such an item and changes their avatar, if the "Can Re-Configure" switch on the item is set to No, the item will be removed from a user's inventory. If the switch is set to Yes, they can change their avatar unlimited amount of times (or until the item expires, if it does).
