Bug Post new Update - Versionsnumber

[au lait]

if I want to post an update, the field is prefilled with 1.0.0!
It would be cool if it was always the last version number.
Just an idea

If you copy from the previous update, it will do exactly that.

If you're posting a new version, it shouldn't prefill, I'll change that for a future version.
