Bug Post Thread Not Working

I have had three donations in that last two days and there has been no new threads created.
I have the option enabled and the proper thread locations. In fact it has been working fine however there has not been a donation in a very long time so I would say it has been since the last update.

Just checked the logs and have no errors to report.

I have not any donations since the fix but I tried to manually add one and there was no thread but assumed it was because it was manually added.
I can't donate myself because I am the paypal seller.

I am going to try and get someone to donate a small amount so I can test it.
