Purchased 4.5.1 pro this morning, upgraded from lite, shoutbox not working now.

As the title, I purchased 4.5.1 pro this morning. Now shoutbox is stuck on loading and shoutbox title is not showing, nor is a link to the archives.

I upgraded from lite setting overwrite to yes.

Another thing I've noticed, smiles button dont work, nor bold, underline or italics.

You uploaded the files also correct?

And when you say it dont work, can explain a little more details? like does it not show up or says loading forever or wont post shouts, etc..

Yes uploaed all files. Some got overwritten.
Cant post any shouts.
Hangs on loading forever.
Shoutbox title not showing either.

btw, i tried uninstalling and re-installing, no joy.

Another thing I've found is I can see the archives link is I set it to 'separate from title'.

Ensure you don't have any customized templates. Then open FireFox error console from the tools menu and tell me what the error is.

Yeah, the dbtech_vbshout_shoutbox template is out of date.
If you give me admin perms with Plugins and Styles, I can fix it.

Fixed.
The dbtech_vbshout_shoutbox template had been customised and automatic template merging (vBulletin 4.0 feature) failed.
I reverted the template and it works now.

For the future, please revert any customised templates if you have any display issues, because in 9/10 cases, that's the cause
