Bug Ratings Are Not Displaying Correctly

I have 5 star ratings for all questions on this review but the review is displaying 0 out of 5 with user ratings disabled.
Viewing Review: Compound Bow String from Bow String Depot - Archer & Angler
With user ratings enabled it displays fine.

Thanks for catching this.
If you open dbtech\review\actions\view_review.php
On about line 244 you will see

    $rating_data  = DBTECH_REVIEW::fetch_ratings_view($review_data['instanceid'], '', '', $review_data['reviewid'], 'submitter');

Change it to

    $rating_data  = DBTECH_REVIEW::fetch_ratings_view($review_data['instanceid'], $review_data['userid'], '', $review_data['reviewid'], 'submitter');

That should fix the incorrect rating display.
