Bug Regular Membars Cannot View New Categories or Contents

Any category created in version 2.0.2 is only accessible to Administrators. Regular members cannot view the newly created categories. The can see the file in "latest downloads" but when they try to access the file or category the receive

...,you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1.Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2.If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

All permissions are correct.

I'm unable to replicate this issue. Can you please try re-downloading and re-uploading all files?

The reason regular members are unable to see the newly created categories is: When a category is created using the 'manage categories' section of vbdownloads, the "ownerid" is set to the memberid of the person who created the category. This also occurs in adminCP when you do not enter an owner for the category. I reset the ownerid to 0 in the ownerid table to resolve the issue. Reuploading the files didn't fix the problem.

Members aren't supposed to access other members' categories that are still under moderation (which happens if a user creates a category in the front-end).

Where can you moderate these new categories? It seems inefficient to make Admin moderate categories that they themselves created.

Categories created in the front-end by someone with "Is Manager" don't require moderation.

You can moderate categories in the AdminCP, the category management feature there.

You could also try re-downloading and re-uploading the files, as there was a hotfix made a while ago for the owned categories and the permissions.
