I would like to control restrict the option to mention certain users/usergroups.
We would like to allow our users to tag usergroups, however we have some large usergroups (100-300 users per usergroup) that we would like to restrict so they cannot be tagged directly, however we would like to allow access to tag our smaller usergroups.
I have tried setting the 'Is Excluded Usergroup' setting, however this disables members of this usergroup from tagging other users, not other users from tagging this user.
I have also found the 'Can Mention Usergroups' which controls what usergroups can mention other users and understand this option - however this is not what I'm requesting.
If this is also possible please change the status from feature request to "how do I" and explain how it's done
On another note, the manual seems to be missing a section on these newer options
