First Issue- Recalculating the Points does NOT work, it stops at #61 no matter which browser I use. It is NOT a timeout issue as I can recalculate achievements processing 2000 users per cycle with no issue, as well as ANY other maintenance.

The ONLY one that Does NOT work is Recalculating Points.

Second Issue- I've created several new contests, when clicking on "Activity" > Activity Contests > No Information is displayed. Comes up blank.
 
I thought this was the official thread area for support, if I am mistaken, would someone care to tell me where the "Support" is?? Right now I feel I WASTED $65! for a product that doesn't WORK like it was advertised.

How long did you leave it running on that user? If he has a lot of activity to run through, that could be why it's taking time.
Also, is there any error message displayed?

That page only lists FINISHED contests, not ongoing ones.
This was done in order to prevent people from attempting to spam simply to try to win a contest, thus giving you the choice of sharing exactly how many details about the contest (such as target, and prizes) as you choose :)
 
From your other thread you said you deleted user #62 and now it hangs on user #61
Did you simply move user 62 to 61? Is user 61 now the same as last time when it was hanging on 62?

If not, is there anything special about user 63 (now 62)? Special characters in the name, a large number of points anything like that? =)

The fact deleting user 62 simply moved it forward one suggests it could be that it is unable to advance onto the next user in the list for some reason.

I left it running about 7 hours last night. It runs to 61 now (since I deleted user #62) and stops doing anything.

If he has a lot of activity to run through, that could be why it's taking time.

No error message is displayed. If I run any other query, I don't have any issues, it zips right through.

I've discovered if I change the number of users to calculate per cycle to 61- it will give me a "processing complete" link at the bottom of the page and I can hit copy the link at the bottom, paste it into a blank page and force it to run by changing some of the info:

Changed to:

Would it be possible for me to get an FTP account on your site, and an admin account with Can Admin Activity? If so, I'll track down why this is happening :)
